Not too long ago, we were contacted by Body & Soul Fitness in Ceres, CA about getting a new exterior sign for their business. They were also in need of window graphics for the entrance doors. Because their business is located in a busy part of town, they wanted an exterior sign that would stand out among all of the other distractions around. We were happy to come out and take a look and once we did we recommended a LED-illuminated wall mount channel letters sign as well 
as simple vinyl window graphics for the doors.
As you can see in the image, the results are stunning. The illuminated channel letters are bright and big enough to be seen from a distance. Their deep blue calls your attention to them. Just to make sure everyone knows where they are when passing by, we used the same deep blue window graphics on the entrance doors.

To create the great-looking exterior sign you see, we started with 5” deep, black aluminum letter returns. These included 3/4” black trim cap. For the Body & Soul Fitness sign, we used white acrylic faces with vinyl overlays
The vinyl color that was chosen was 3M 3630-87 Royal Blue. The Logo Box to the left of the lettering was created in white acrylic faces with vinyl overlays. The vinyl color used here was 3630-87 Royal Blue and 3630-61 Slate Gray. The sign has white LED-illumination and each letter was flush-mounted with a remote power supply. We also included an external disconnect switch
It goes without saying that the blue vinyl overlays make the sign look very attractive, all day long, but especially at night. LED illumination is now the most popular way to make any exterior sign bright after dark.
